Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@carolynslovelycreations.com or contact form with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
    • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items returned must be sent within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds and Store Credits

We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you receive a broken, torn, or damaged item, you are eligible for store credit.

  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a store credit equivalent to the value of your purchase. You can use this store credit for future orders at Carolyn’s Lovely Creations.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Shipping costs are not Refundable.
    • Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

     

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@carolynslovelycreations.com with a photo and description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing store credit or a replacement item if available.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@carolynslovelycreations.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Provide details of the reason for the return along with photos (if applicable).
  3. We will provide instructions on where to send the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. We will answer all emails within 24 hours timeframe.

Once we receive your return and it meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a store credit within 7-14 business days.
